Ellie is a big hitting powerful exciting young cricketer who plays for Brisbane Heat in the WBBL.
You may have seen her last season smashing some huge sixes on her way to a big 50 last season.
This particular one was made in Ellie’s latest batch of three from which we sent out 2.
The bat is full width, full profile with almost no concaving and with huge 40 mm edges.
It is selected from our lowest density willow so that it is ultra lightweight but without compromising the size of the edges and spine.
As such we have a huge volume of wood in an ultralight bat.
The blade is 10mm shorter. Almost unnoticeable. But perfect for reducing weight at the end of the bat to further enhance the pickup of an already lightweight bat.
Weighing 2lb6.5oz (or a tick under 2lb7oz) this bat picks up amazingly.

The group of three pictures show the three bats for Ellie. 2 of which were sent off. But the bat pictured on its own is the bat for sale.
This would suit a high level female cricketer or someone after a small men’s style bat.
It could also suit someone moving up from a Harrow (as junior bats aren’t actually full width. They’re slightly narrower than this)
Either way it is an absolute belter and feels even better when in your hands.
