A batting pad designed with the female cricketers in mind.
Kraken Cricket sponsor some WBBL cricketers such as Ellie Johnston, and we’ve received valuable feedback on what women cricketers want when it comes to batting pads and Leg Guards.
What are the differences?
First of all the feedback was that Batting Pads and Leg Guards need to be a fraction smaller than the men’s pads. So we reduced the size a little, and moved the knee roll a touch lower.
Second of all, we can reduce the padding to make them slimmer and lighter and more comfortable.
These are the perfect fit for female cricketers looking for a cricket batting pad that suits them.
Note: the black pads in some pictures are not available. They are for illustration purposes to demonstrate that these exact same pads (in Brisbane Heat colours) are being used by Ellie Johnston of the Brisbane Heat in the WBBL, and to demonstrate that this quality is being used by cricketers at the highest level
The pads you order will be white with silver trim like the first few photos.
